This handsome, Grade II listed Georgian town house in Kingsand, has superb sea views, is pet friendly and can sleep nine people in four bedrooms. Over three floors. Ground floor: Sitting room with wood burning stove and sea view. Kitchen with dining area and glazed doors to courtyard. Utility shed containing tumble dryer and washing machine. Cloakroom. First floor, three bedrooms: 1 x double with futon sofa bed, sea view and en suite shower-room, 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Second floor: 1 x king-size double and sea view. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.
In Kingsand, opposite the beach, a handsome, Grade II listed, Georgian house on three levels with splendid out-to-sea views. A lovely, spacious home, with its quirky origins cleverly dovetailed with 21st cent. comfort. It sleeps 9 in four bedrooms, three double, one en suite and a twin. Living room with wood-burning stove, and sea view; generous kitchen with dining table and chairs glazed doors to courtyard and, at the far end, a comfy sofa, and door to utility shed. Under-stairs WC. Two family bathrooms. A secure courtyard on two levels with steps up to a patio with garden furniture, back gate to a private footway. A gorgeous house beside the beach and within strolling distance of the village pubs and shops. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Parking is available in a public car park nearby (there is a generous space for unloading opposite the house, adjacent to the sea wall). Enclosed garden. Up to two well-behaved dog welcome, Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property, Note: This property is best for a maximum of 8 adults. Note: Dogs are permitted in kitchen/courtyard area only.

The twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, with narrow streets winding between pastel-coloured cottages, lie on the Rame Peninsula just 5 miles from Plymouth.

"The house was excellent and the little touches added by the owner made us feel very much at home. It is less than a minute walk to the beach which is down a slight slope, this was great for morning drinks while watching the sunrise, it is also a short walk to the nearest shop and the pub landlords are very friendly and welcoming. The only downside is that the twin room is exceptionally cold during the night, by the end of our stay the cold room made them suffer from colds and sore throats which wasn't a good ending to our holiday away. I would recommend this house to a small sized family so that the twin bedroom isn't in use."
