Overview
This detached, 400 year old former boathouse is situated in Lerryn in a riverside location and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x ground floor childrens bunk room. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living area, with sitting area with electric fire, kitchen and dining area.
The Boat House is a detached, ancient cottage on two levels in an idyllic location on the bank of the beautiful, tidal River Fowey estuary in St Winnow, on the owner?s working farm and boatyard. It sleeps 6 in three bedrooms - bunks, double and twin. Bright open-plan living/dining room and kitchen area with electric flame-effect fire, floor-to-ceiling window looking over the river and door to garden. Family shower room. Garden with terrace overlooking the river. Just a few miles away is Lostwithiel with shops, pubs and ancient Restormel Castle to explore. This is a lovely cosy cottage in a fabulous location for those who like walking, cycling or messing about on the river. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
