This large, detached, modern seaside home is situated in Downderry, has uninterrupted panoramic sea views and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Over two floors. Four lower ground floor bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with doors to terrace and en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. 2 x double with en suite shower room. 1 x twin. Bathroom. Ground Floor: Sitting room with wood burning stove, kitchen with dining area and breakfast bar. Study.
Above the beach in Downderry, a large detached reverse level house with panoramic sea views. The property sleeps 9. On the first floor a superb open-plan kitchen/dining room, a living room with wood burning stove, and a study/second living room and a shower-room. Stairs down to lower ground floor and four large bedrooms, one king-size with terrace, three with en suite showers. Conservatory. Family bathroom. At the back an enclosed, Mediterranean-style garden, prettily planted and dotted with palms, with level lawn and sheltered paved terrace (table/chairs). A superbly positioned, spacious seaside home with unrivalled views along the stunning Cornish coast. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for three cars. Enclosed garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Downderry is a small quiet coastal village situated in south east Cornwall. Downderry has a sheltered beach, Post Office and shop, deli, and a cliff top pub and an excellent restaurant, serving quality local food.

"Perfect holiday home to chill out and relax, spectacular views whatever the weather. Spacious property to share with family or friends for celebrations or just catch up. Comfy beds, crispy linen sheets , 3 of the 4 bedrooms having en-suite facilities plus family bathroom and separate shower room - no queuing for the loo. 10 minute slow walk down to beach and/or shop pub and restuarants."
"Can highly recommend this holiday rental. We stayed as a group of four so we had so much space! There are four double bedrooms each with their own bath/shower room and a study that can be used as an extra single room also with another shower room nearby. The beds are very comfortable. There are three different rooms with comfy chairs and televisions plus chairs to relax in out in the very warm conservatory. Even in March we found that when the sun shone we could open up all the doors with views over the sea. A good selection of books to read in the study and many games around to play. Take your IPod as speakers are available to use. The facilities were well thought out with plenty of cleaning materials including a supply of dishwasher tablets. The WIFI speed was around 10 gb when we tested it. The views over the sea included the colourful sunsets so was a great place to sit and relax. Several restaurants within walking distance & we can highly recommend The 'Blue Plate'. No way to get down to the beach below without walking into either Seaton or Downderry, but this only took a few minutes. Parking for up to three cars off road."
