This semi-detached cottage is situated in St Issey on the north Cornish coast and can sleep eight people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: a king size double with en suite shower, basin and WC, a twin with ensuite shower, basin and WC and a room two sets of adult bunks. A family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC on the ground floor. Open plan kitchen with conservatory cum dining area. Sitting room with wood burning stove.
Mays Cottage is a beautiful, semi-detached cottage combining modern comfort with ancient features within walking distance of a wonderful stretch of the north Cornish coast near St Issey. It can accommodate eight guests in three comfortable bedrooms, two with en suite shower rooms and a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove and an open plan kitchen with conservatory/dining area. Large, enclosed garden with two patio areas and parking for two cars. Mays Cottage is a perfect all year round base for families to explore north Cornwall. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Central heating with underfloor heating and a woodburner Smart kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and electric cooker. WIFI. VDU/DVD Big conservatory with TV. 4 steps up from Parking area to entrance. Large enclosed and sunny garden with lawn. Two patios with table and chairs and barbecue. Ground floor bathroom. Footpath or cycle to Padstow (3 miles) Outside warm shower for sandy children and dogs. Washing machine and tumble drier and wet suit drying area in garage. Cot and high chair available. 2 well behaved dogs welcome (no bigger than a labrador please) Sorry, no cats and no smoking. Pub in the village of St Issey. Sand and surf beaches 5 miles away at Trevose Head. Excellent sailing at Rock and Golf 10 miles away at St Enodoc 2.5 miles to the Camel Trail to Padstow.

St Issey is a small rural hamlet with a church, pub and village shop, just 3 miles from the beautiful fishing village of Padstow. There are several top quality bathing and surfing beaches within 5 miles and the coastal path wends its way over the cliff tops and down among the rocky coves through some of Cornwall's best coastal scenery
