This smart peaceful end-of-terrace cottage is situated in a rural valley 1 1/2 miles from the Devon riverside village of Newton Ferrers and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor twin (can convert to super king double), 1 x first floor king size double with TV and en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and basin, 1 x first floor twin. First floor bathroom with bath, hand shower, WC, basin. Ground floor kitchen with dining area. Lower ground floor sitting room with wood burning stove.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
