This attached 18th century cottage is situated a mile from the pretty Devon village of Stoke Gabriel and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC, basin. Cot/dressing room. Ground floor kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and wood burning stove. WC in outbuilding.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Started pack provided for wood burner (additional logs available at cost). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property.

"Meadow Brook Cottage is a charming, idyllic place to stay close to Stoke Gabriel, Brixham, Torquay etc. Excellent facilities including exclusive parking space, TV, Wi-fi (free), this property is ideal for discovering the Devon coastline, and is located in an area of outstanding beauty. Village of Stoke Gabriel is approximately one mile away, and easily accessible on foot or by car. The cottage is built on a hillside, and its approach is quite steep (not really suitable for disability) nevertheless its charm and gardens are great. Our dog loved the freedom of the outside facilities. We will certainly visit again."
