Oak Tree is an attached cottage on a traditional Devon working farm in countryside near the Devon village of Halwell. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a four poster double with an en suite bathroom and a twin, plus a shower room. On the ground floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove, a conservatory and a kitchen with dining area. Outside is a patio with furniture and a barbecue and shared use of a splendid indoor swimming pool, games room, trampoline and play area and conservation walks across the farm. A mile from the village and its good food pub, Oak Tree is a smashing cottage for a relaxing Devon break. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Central heating, underfloor heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Children's play area, barbecue, indoor pool. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: The swimming pool is available from 8am to 8pm, is closed on Tuesdays from 2pm to 3.15pm and Wednesdays from 9.15am to 10.30am in term time and is occasionally also used by owner's family and friends
