This detached cottage converted from a barn is situated on a traditional working farm near the Devon village of Halwell and can sleep five people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x king size double with TV, balustrade and en suite bathroom with bath, WC and basin, 1 x super king double (can convert to twin) with single bed, balustrade and en suite shower room with shower, WC and basin. Ground floor WC/utility room with basin. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with wood burning stove.
The Hay Barn is a comfortable cottage converted from a barn on a traditional working farm near the Devon village of Halwell. The cottage sleeps five people in two bedrooms, a double with en suite bathroom and a family room with double and single beds and en suite shower room, both with balustrade. On the ground floor is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a wood burning stove. Outside is a private sunny patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue, and shared use of a splendid indoor swimming pool, play area, games room and trampoline and waymarked walks across the farm. A mile from the village, The Hay Barn is a stylish cottage for enjoying a lovely family holiday in Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Central heating, underfloor heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with Blu-ray, DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for three cars. Childrens play area, barbecue, indoor pool. Three well behaved dogs welcome. Note Swimming pool is available from 8am to 8pm, and is closed Tuesdays from 2pm to 3.15pm and Wednesdays from 9.15am to 10.30am in term time; occasionally it is also used by owners' family and friends.

Halwell is a small village in wooded farmland equidistant from the busy little town of Kingsbridge and popular Totnes.
