Overview
This huge detached house is situated on a traditional Devon farm near the village of Halwell and can sleep 18 people in eight bedrooms. Three levels. Seven bedrooms. On the first floor: 2 x king size doubles with en suite bathrooms with baths, showers over, WCs, basins. On the ground floor: 2 x super king doubles (can convert to twin) with TV and en suite bathrooms with baths (one with shower over), WCs and basins, 2 x twin with en suite shower rooms with showers, WCs and basins, 1 x king size double with TV, en suite shower room with shower, WC and basin and French windows to terrace. In the annexe: 1 x family room with king size double, two singles, TV and en suite bathroom with bath, WC and basin. Second floor mezzanine seating area. First floor open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area and kitchen. Ground floor hall. Den with TV. WC with basin.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Central heating, underfloor heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for six cars. Children's play area, barbecue, indoor pool. Three well behaved dogs welcome. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: Swimming pool is available from 8am to 8pm, and is closed Tuesdays from 2pm to 3.15pm and Wednesdays from 9.15am to 10.30am in term time; occasionally it is also used by owners' family and friends.

Halwell is a small village in wooded farmland equidistant from the busy little town of Kingsbridge and popular Totnes.
