This stunning converted music room is situated down a track in countryside a mile from the Devon village of Aveton Gifford and can sleep two people in one bedroom. One level with 3 steps. 1 x king size four-poster bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC, basin. Open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area and kitchen.
The Music Room is a magical cottage converted from a historic Grade II listed former music room down a track near the Devon village of Aveton Gifford. The cottage sleeps two people in a double four poster bed in a bedroom on the original stage, plus a bathroom. The living area is open plan with a seating area with wood burning stove, a dining area and a kitchen. Outside is a sunny shared courtyard and six acres of shared grounds with lawn, pond and benches, as well as parking for two cars. A mile from the village, The Music Room is a very romantic and special place to enjoy a memorable break in Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Aveton Gifford is a small rural village on the banks of the river Avon. Nearby is the busy little town of Kingsbridge at the head of a marine estuary in the attractive South Hams area of south Devon.
