This detached single-storey cottage converted from a barn is situated on the edge of the Devon riverside village of Newton Ferrers and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. One level. Open plan living space with seating area, dining area and kitchen and doors to steps to garden.
Bradbridge Barn is a detached single-storey cottage converted from a Grade II listed barn on a former 16th century farmstead on the edge of the riverside Devon village of Newton Ferrers. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double with an en suite bathroom and a twin with en suite shower room. The living space is open plan with a seating area, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a shared garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue, as well as a shared lawn and parking for two cars. Bradbridge Barn is a peaceful and spacious cottage for a relaxing break in Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed.
