This first and second floor apartment is situated beside the River Yealm in woodland 3/4 mile from the Devon village of Newton Ferrers and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Three levels. Two first floor bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC, basin. Two second floor bedrooms: 1 x king size double, 1 x double. Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC, basin. Second floor sitting/reading room. First floor open plan living space with seating area with gas fire, dining area and kitchen. Ground floor lobby/atrium.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
