The Cart Linhay is a neat single storey cottage on a 130 acre working farm two miles from the historic Devon town of Bideford. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double and a twin, with a family bathroom. On the same level is a sitting room with a dining area and a kitchen. Outside, shared with three other cottages, is an outdoor pool for seasonal use with a paddling pool, a sunbathing terrace, an orchard and a picnic area. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with lawn and furniture. Two miles from the town amenities, The Cart Linhay is a special cottage for a memorable Devon break. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Central heating. Microwave, fridge, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Enclosed garden with outdoor heated pool. One well-behaved dog welcome, Sorry no smoking. Note: The pool is available from mid-May to mid-September. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: Use of the pool will be by allocated time only whilst social distancing is in place.

Straddling the Torridge estuary, the quaint bustling town of Bideford boasts a medieval bridge, town quay, quaint pannier market and vibrant shopping area - all well worth a visit. For the more active, several major surfing beaches, golf courses, theme parks and other attractions are nearby and the South West coast path passes close by on its way into Cornwall.
