Two bedrooms: 1 x four poster double, 1 x twin (can convert to super king double). Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC, basin. Downstairs kitchen. Sitting room with a log burner and double sofa bed. Conservatory/dining room.

The cottage sleeps four people in a double bedroom with four poster bed and a twin, plus a bathroom. On the ground floor are a sitting room with open fire, a conservatory/dining room and a kitchen. Outside is a seating area and terraced lawns with outdoor furniture. Just a mile from the Jurassic Coast, 11 The Green is a charming cottage for a traditional Devon break. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Cot and highchair available on request, Parking is usually available on a quiet road nearby. Enclosed garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome,there is a charge for the second dog. Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property.
