Two miles from the sea, Peonies is a handy base for an interesting Devon break. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see

"The apartment is attached to the owners house and situated in a quiet street on the edge of Exmouth. It is beautifully furnished, especially the bedroom, which boasts a super king size bed with an extremely comfortable matress. The galley kitchen is well equipped, although it's a bit of a squeeze for more than one person. My woife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the apartment to be excellent value for money, and an excellent place from which to explore the area."
