This beautifully renovated, late medieval cottage is on a traditional Devon farm 3 miles from Chagford and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with original ancient stairs (you don't need to use them), 1 x twin (2'6" beds, linkable to 5' double on request). Open plan living area with sitting area with fireplace and wood burning stove, fitted kitchen with granite worktops and dining area. Shower-room with shower, basin and WC.

The Bakehouse is a super cottage, close to amenities in a lovely rural location. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Towels can be provided for overseas guests by arrangement. Off road parking for two cars. Enclosed garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property.

A picturesque town at the northern point of Dartmoor National Park in Devon, Chagford is small in size but is packed with amenities and things to do. There is a wide range of shops as well as four pubs. Chagford also has more active facilities such as public tennis court and an open-air swimming pool to enjoy at your leisure.
