This ancient detached Dartmoor cottage is situated near the Devon village of Yelverton and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Over three levels. Two downstairs bedrooms: 1 x king size double, 1 x 2'6" twin (can convert to king size double). Bathroom with roll-top bath, double shower, WC, basin. Shower-room with shower, WC, basin. Utility room. Top floor single gallery bedroom/den. Upstairs living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area and kitchen area.
The Barn is an excellent detached cottage near the Devon village of Yelverton. The cottage sleeps five people in two downstairs bedrooms, a double and a twin (can convert to double) with bathroom and shower room, and a single bedroom on a gallery/den at the top of the cottage. Upstairs is an open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area and kitchen area. Outside is a garden over two levels and paddock for dog walking. Just over a mile from the lively village of Yelverton, The Barn is an attractive cottage for a perfect Devon break. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. The pretty village of Yelverton makes a perfect base for exploring Dartmoor with excellent walking and cycling routes in the area. The 21 mile-long cycling and walking route Drake's Trail, runs through the village and links nearby Tavistock and Plymouth passing through wooded valleys and open moorland.
