This splendid moorland cottage is situated on a Dartmoor farm near the Devon village of Lydford and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 2 x king size double with en suite bathroom with bath, WC and basin (one with hand shower), 1 x twin with en suite bathroom with bath, hand shower, WC and basin. Downstairs sitting room with wood burning stove, Kitchen with dining area. Utility room. Downstairs WC with basin. Hall. Indoor swimming pool.
The Red Barn is a wonderful cottage on a Dartmoor farm near the Devon village of Lydford. The cottage sleeps six people in three en suite bedrooms, two double and a twin. On the ground floor are a sitting room with wood burning stove, kitchen with dining area and an indoor variable flow swimming pool. Outside is an enclosed garden with terrace and barbecue and the cottage shares an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and games room at the farm. Situated two miles from Lydford and with a lovely farm to walk, The Red Barn is an ideal base for a Devon holiday. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Nestling among mature woodland on the western slopes of Dartmoor, the historic village of Lydford is a jewel in this area of outstanding scenic beauty. To the north, just half a mile away, the high tors come right down to the village edge, while to the south the River Lyd winds its way through Lydford Forest on its tumbling course northwards.
