This pretty cottage rests all on ground floor in the quaint villlage or Irton near Seamer and the seaside town of Scarborough, it can sleep four people in two bedrooms. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x single (there is also z bed for flexibility so the property could sleep 4). Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and open fire.

Londesborough Cottage provides the whole family with comfortable, characterful amenities to be enjoyed by all. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

The seaside town of Scarborough retains many of its original buildings, parks and gardens, as well as its historic castle which overlooks the town. North Bay and South Bay provide two stretches of beautiful, golden sandy beaches, popular with families and small children. There are a number of child friendly activities and many excellent visitor attractions for grown-ups too, including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Open Air Theatre for live music. The usual seaside entertainment and promenades are located close to the beach, Scarborough is the destination with something for everyone, a place for touring the coastline and the North York Moors.

"We have just stayed here for a week and have had a lovely stay. The cottage was very smart but comfortable and close to a lovely dog walk. The village is quiet but close to lots of amenities and the local pubs are, mainly, dog friendly. Short drive takes you to forests, beaches or coastal walks with plenty of signposts to help visitors."
