Starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate, highchair, travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Patio area with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 6 miles and there are two pubs, one within 1 mile one at 3 miles.

Goadsbarrow is situated right on the coast with views across the bay to Lancashire in the distance. Just up the coast is the small village of Bardsea. This remote area grew from a small fishing village and farming area into a major transportation link for coal, iron ore and corn. Ulverston is also well known as a festival town, with events ranging from flags and walking to art and music festivals throughout the summer.

"Me, my Wife and our parents spent Christmas here and couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Well equppied, warm, comfy...an amazing shower down stairs and free standing bath upstairs. Beautiful sunrises over Morecambe bay, secure garden for our dogs, couldn't ask for more. It was a really memorable Christmas. Ideally located near Barrow in Furness and on the edge of the Lake District it was the perfect base to explore for the week we were there. We'd definitely stay here again, we didn't want to leave."
