Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden with furniture shared with owners. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: River at bottom of the garden, children to be supervised when outside. Note please keep dogs on a lead when outside the property. Note: wi-fi can be intermittent.

The market town of Louth is the capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
