Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x king size double with a single bed benefiting from a lovely en-suite bathroom. Family bathroom with bath, handheld shower only, basin and WC. No upright shower in property. Open plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with woodburner. Sun room. External, sheltered utility area.
Pottery Barn is a modern cottage located in the village of Branscombe in Devon. Hosting two bedrooms; a super king-size (zip/link), and a king-size with a single bed, joined by an en-suite, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a bathroom, an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with woodburner, a sun room, and an external utility. To the outside is off road parking for two cars, a gravelled area, and a shared lawn with furniture and barbecue. Located in a lovely area with much to admire, Pottery Barn is a wonderful retreat in a relaxing part of England. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Electric heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. No telephone. No freezer. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Gravelled area and private patio with furniture. Shared grounds of approximately 2 acres with woods. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins drive. Pub 8 mins walk. Note: The washing machine is situated in a separate building and is shared with the owners. Note: Upstairs rooms have sloping ceilings. Note: The owner does have 2 dogs of their own.

Branscombe is home to a number of historic buildings worth noting; the Old Bakery and Forge, both National Trust properties, are just some of which can be found nearby. Branscombe Mouth has a beach, a restaurant complete with thatched roof and a wealth of rock pools just waiting to be searched. World of Country Life is a few miles away and is an award winning family day out.

"Stayed at Pottary barn for the May bank holiday weekend, the barn is beautifully decorated open plan downstairs plenty of room, on the drive you can get two cars no problem, there is a log burner in the lounge and a old fashioned record player which was good fun, upstairs two bedrooms and two bathrooms everything you need is there if you are taking a baby there is a high chair and a travel cot in the cupboard plus a stair gate, it is dog friendly and the views from the extensive gardens are amazing we sat outside all evening as the weather was glorious, about 5 miles to the beach, very quite could of stayed longer."
