Pub car park 15 metres from the property. Parking available for small car outside property on a first come first served basis. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Dog and Child Friendly Beach 2 minutes walk. Note: Dogs must not be allowed upstairs or on furniture at any time. Note: Due to the style of the property the narrow stairs can be a little steep and may not be suitable for people with mobility issue.

This Cornish village of Newlyn is clustered around the harbour, with its old quay curling around a few small boats on the western side, and much larger quays in the centre and on the eastern side of the harbour. An abundance of wildlife and flora can be enjoyed along Cornwall's nearby coastal path, while basking sharks and grey seals can occasionally be seen.
