The Cwtch is a charming all-ground-floor studio property, resting on the outskirts of St Clear in Wales. There is one double bed within the studio are, serviced by a shower room, making the property suitable to sleep up to two people. Within the studio area there is also a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is a gravelled area with a hot tub, as well as an external building with storage and utility facilities. The property also benefits from ample off-road parking. The Cwtch is perfect for a romantic retreat to Wales with your loved one. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Electric underfloor heating. Combi microwave/oven, mini fridge, external fridge/freezer, external washing machine, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Gravelled garden with fire pit (wood provided) furniture and hot tub. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.1 miles, pub 1.7 miles. Note: The property is accessed via a steep set of steps, please take care. Note: Short breaks are Friday-Monday, Monday - Friday only.

St Clears is a town settled between both Carmarthen and the Pembrokeshire coast, making it a wonderful base for exploring the seaside wonder of Wales. Offering ample opportunities for walking, cycling and nature spotting, there's plenty of adventure to discover, alongside a selection of shops and eateries. Find Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park and the Heron's Brook Golfing and Fishing Centre nearby, as well as the bustling action of Tenby and the Brecon Beacons.
