Strontian is the main village resting to the North of Loch Sunart within an area often refereed to as the Ardnamurchan Peninsula. This small village offers shops, pubs, a petrol station, Post Office and local hotels serving food. During the summer months you will find live music within the Sunart Centre, where famous Scottish bands along with local musicians entertain.
