Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden with patio, furniture and BBQ, veranda with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles.

West of Bodmin, Lanivet hosts a fish and chip shop, a pub and some shops. Bodmin is five miles away with its shopping centre as well as Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the Camel cycle trail, and the Bodmin Jail. Also close by are Bodmin Moor, Lanhydrock House and the Eden Project.
