Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for two cars 15 metres from property in adjacent garden. Garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Secure outside storage for windsurfer boards and bikes. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: Open tread staircase inside the property, may not be suitable for children

The seaside town of Filey offers a good old fashioned English seaside holiday. It features Filey Bay, which is a lovely, long sandy beach and Filey Brigg to the north with shallow rock pools. There are interesting shops, a coble landing, two promenades, pony rides and children's play areas, while within easy driving distance are Scarborough and Bridlington.
