Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking in courtyard. Own use of balcony with seating, and access to garden which is shared with owners. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Babies in arms accepted, no other children.

Barnstaple is a busy traditional Devon coastal town with a pannier market, shops, restaurants and bars, along with two fabulous sandy beaches, which are popular with surfers and families. Cose by is the picture postcard coastal village of Clovelly. A combination of numerous long sandy beaches and family attractions makes Barnstaple a desirable holiday destination.
