Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, TV. Fuel and power inc. in rent.WIFI, Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Private enclosed decking area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Note: Though the property is all ground floor there are steps leading up to a decking area in front and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Please note that access does cross a section of privately owned unmade road of about 25 metres, which can be uneven; please take care when crossing.

Rye is a small town and civil parish in East Sussex, England, situated near the River Brede.
