Overview
This large house is located in the village of Cemaes Bay on Anglesey and can sleep fourteen people in seven bedrooms. Seven bedrooms: 1 x ground floor king-size double with en-suite wet room shower, basin and WC, 2 x ground floor king-size double with basin, 1 x first floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x first floor twin with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor twin with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor twin with basin. Ground floor bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 2) and dining area. Sitting room (seats 16) overlooking bay and snug (seats 8) with woodburning stove. Library on landing (seats 2). Utility. Front and rear boot rooms.
Angorfa is set over two floors of a detached Edwardian villa in the seaside village of Cemaes Bay on the Isle of Anglesey. The cottage has seven bedrooms, three king-size double, one double and three twins, four of which have an en-suite as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a snug and a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 6 cars and a large walled garden with access to a jetty and coast, with outdoor furniture, a BBQ and a shed for mountain bikes. With access to the shore from the garden, Angorfa is a lovely cottage in an amazing location. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric range double oven, 5-ring gas hob, electric hob plate, microwave, fridge, 2 x freezers, wine cooler, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs (one with YouView, one with BT and Netflix and one with Freeview), DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair. Off road parking with turning circle for 6 cars. Large walled garden with furniture and BBQ. Direct access to coast and beach. Bike cleaning area. For bike storage please check with owner.Enclosed rear courtyard with furniture. Free use of kayaks available at guests' own risk. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 5 mins walk. Note: Catering available on request, bookable locally. Note: Property accessed along a track - wheelchair users may need transport to the village. Note: All ground floor rooms suitable for wheelchair users with external ramp. Note: Owners live in part of the top floor of the property with a locked door between the owner and the holiday accommodation Note: Check-in 4pm. Owner will accept a maximum of 2 dogs
