Amarrah, Mousehole is romantic and spacious retreat situated in the village of Mousehole near to the town of Penzance in Cornwall and benefits from harbour views. The cottage can sleep 2 people in one king-size double as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside of the cottage is a decked area to the rear with furniture. Amarrah is a beautiful retreat which can be enjoyed throughout the year.

A delightful fishing village nestled on a hillside and spilling down to the shore. The harbour, surrounded by its maze of winding narrow streets, draws visitors from miles around, while in the distance St Michael's Mount stands proudly in the centre of Mounts Bay. A fabulous coastline and miles of walking characterise the area, with seabirds, seals and wild headlands leading just around the corner to Land's End. The Minack cliff-top theatre is a few miles along the coast, while reminders of the region's ancient past in the form of Dolmens and standing stones appear everywhere. St Ives, with its stunning beaches, beautiful harbour and narrow winding streets is just 12 miles away.

"Our second visit to Amarrah and It was just as we remembered. Harbour views, luxurious with such attention to details. You go through the hall into the main living space with comfort sofas, wooden flooring lots of great decor. Large open kitchen overlooking the harbour through the houses. A double bath with complimentary bath robes, beautiful bedroom with Avery comfortable bed! WiFi, coffee machine great welcome pack. Lots to see in Mousehole, check out the Minack and Sennen Co e. The hosts at Amarrah have thought of everything to make your stay very special. Highly recommended. Parking. There are car parks on the harbour or up the road however for a couple of minutes walk you can park for free on the road as you come into Mousehole. Cash machine. In the post office/shop they provide a cash back service."
"A couple of nit-picking negatives before I describe the wealth of positives about this superb property. It does have a harbour view from the very pleasant outdoor decked area; however it is quite a narrow view between the two adjacent properties and can be obscured if the neighbour hangs out their washing to dry.....fortunately this only occurred once during our one-week stay. The ONLY other thing that might bother some guests is the very occasional, very moderate noise we heard from the property above but this did not bother us at all. Now the many positives. Nanette communicated brilliantly with us both before and during our stay; this was very much appreciated. The property is absolutely delightful. It is very spacious, extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. All the furnishings are tasteful. The welcome pack was exceptionally good and really impressed us. We absolutely loved the luxury of having nice fluffy bath robes provided and the supplied toiletries were all lovely. The bed was as comfortable as anything we have ever slept in. We loved having the luxury of having a big sofa each to lounge on in the evenings. The location is fantastic; literally a 30 second walk from the front door takes you to the charm of Mousehole's beautiful, quaint harbour. We totally fell in love with Mousehole and Amarrah; both are beautiful and we feel very privileged to have stayed at both. Enormous thanks Nanette for making our stay such a wonderful experience."
