To the outside is ample off road parking, and a lawned garden to the rear with patio, furniture, hot tub and games room. Situated in a delightful location, with much to enjoy, Avalon is a wonderful cottage in a memorable part of England. Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Ironing board available. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden to the rear with patio, furniture and hot tub. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Note: There is seating for 6 people at the dining table with an additional table seating an extra 4 if necessary, making a total of 10 people. Note: The latest the hot tub can be used is 10.30pm as this property is located in a residential area, please be respectful of the neighbours

The village of Leonard Stanley is situated just seven miles from the city of Gloucester and thirty miles from Bristol. It is easily accessible by road, just three miles away. The village of Stroud is certainly worth a visit; the undiscovered, hidden, quiet area is great for walking, sports, eating and drinking in cosy pubs. Nestling beneath the Cotswold escarpment, there is much to explore in and around the area.

"Our family stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday. The cottage was great with plenty of room for all of us, the facilities outside were fabulous catering for ages 3yrs to 75. Lovely walk on Saturday to the Stroud farmers market. Would certainly stay here again."
