This large cottage has a huge living space with open fire, wi-fi and private parking in the village of Warwick Bridge, close to Carlisle in the Lake District and an sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Ground floor bedrooms: 1 x king size with TV, en-suite shower, basin and free standing bath, and WC. 1x twin bedroom, downstairs bathroom walk in shower, toilet and sink.Two first floor bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite , basin and WC; 1 x double bedroom. Family bathroom on second floor comprises of free standing bath, walk in shower sink and WC. Upstairs open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room area with wood burner. Ground floor lounge/sitting area.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking for up to two cars. Large lawned and gravelled garden with patio furniture. Up to two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Cots and highchair available. Note: Due to upside-down nature of layout, kitchen utilities are upstairs. Nearest pub ten minutes walk.

Carlisle is set in the county of Cumbria, situated just 10 miles south of the Scottish Borders and is nicknamed the Border City. During Roman times the town was established to serve the forts for Hadrian's Wall, which runs east from the city across the country to Wallsend on the east coast and today is recognised as a World Heritage Site.
