Gas central heating. Electric coal-style fire. Double electric oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. TV, DVD Player. Gas and electric included. Bed linen & towels included. Parking permit for on-street parking, one car. Fully enclosed gardens to the front and rear with furniture. Sorry, no pets, no smoking. Shops 5 mins walk. Pub 5 mins walk. Windermere lake 5 mins walk. Note: Cot and highchair available to hire from the office. Max 4 adults.
