Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off street parking for 3 cars. Enclosed cottage garden to the front with 2 garden benches. Travel Cot and high chair available on request. 1 dog is welcome. No smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Derwentwater 10 mins walk. Note: Max 8 adults.

The bustling market town of Keswick, a walkers paradise surrounded by stunning and spectacular scenery. The lower slopes of Skiddaw, Latrigg and the jaws of Borrowdale Valley are all within walking distance. Other beauty spots include Whinlatter Forest, Ashness Bridge, Surprise View and of course the shores of Derwentwater offering a wide variety of activities including boat hire and cruises. For the less active there are numerous shops, pubs, restaurants, museums and parks and of course The Theatre by the Lake. There really is something here for everyone.
