The character, contemporary cottage is located near the town of Cockermouth in the Lake District and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. All on ground floor. 2 x double bedrooms. Wet room with basin, WC with handtrail and shower with pull down chair. Open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room; TV, DVD and wood-burning stove. Outdoor terrace with furniture. Shared use of badminton and short tennis grass court.

Cockermouth is a small market town located in the north-western part of the Lake District. Cockermouth offers a variety pubs, shops and eateries. The main attraction in the area are the many walking opportunities available and William Wordsworth's Georgian family home. Nearby is the town of Keswick which also has loads to offer!

"We felt very comfortable and relaxed here, good open aspect enjoyed the views through the large windows in the main living area. A walk around the paths leading to the pond are worth exploring and a glass of wine whilst watching the sun go down from the summer house positioned at the top of the pond shouldn't go amiss either.
