This lovely eco-friendly cottage is located near the town of Cockermouth in the Lake District and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Over two floors with 'upside-down' design (bedrooms on ground floor). Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC; 1 x twin with zip and link beds to make a super king-size and en-suite shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Private furnished terrace. Shared use of laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer and badminton/short tennis grass court.

Private parking for 1 car with further parking available over the stream. Furnished terrace. Well-behaved dogs are allowed, smoking is not allowed.

Cockermouth is a small market town located in the north-western part of the Lake District. Cockermouth offers a variety pubs, shops and eateries. The main attraction in the area are the many walking opportunities available and William Wordsworth's Georgian family home. Nearby is the town of Keswick which also has loads to offer!
