A comfortable contemporary log cabin is in the village of Pooley Bridge in the Lake District National Park and can sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms. All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower room, wash basin and WC; 2 x twin rooms; Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Park Lodge is a comfortable and welcoming contemporary log cabin located at Pooley Bridge Holiday Park. The lodge sleeps 6 in 1 double en-suite bedroom and two twin bedrooms sharing the family bathroom. There's a light and airy open plan living and dining area that opens onto the well-equipped kitchen, and there are lovely views across the park to the open countryside beyond from the big picture windows. The wraparound deck is the ideal place to relax and watch the sunset and there's off road parking for your car. Pooley Bridge Holiday Park is a safe and welcoming environment that's ideal for a family holiday or a getaway with friends at any time of year, and the perfect base for exploring the Lake District. Pooley Bridge is only 1 mile away with a traditional village inn, cafe and shops. The surrounding area is home to numerous quaint Lakeland villages scattered along the shores of Lake Ullswater and Aira Force is a dramatic waterfall cascading into the lake below. Sharrow Bay Hotel is only a short drive away for the ultimate in dining and is renowned the world over or a trip over Kirkstone Pass brings you into Ambleside where there is an abundance of shops, pubs and restaurants. The historic market town of Penrith is within 5 miles and has numerous shops, a heated indoor swimming pool, golf course and driving range.

"Our stay at Park Lodge was fantastic and we look forward to going again next year. We was a very mixed age group from 3 months old - 55 years of age and we had two border collies with us who deffinatly had the most fun out of everyone on the holiday. The location, accomadation, views and dog friendly walks were fantastic and we would recommend anyone to stay here. Although i would make people aware that Park lodge accomadation is based at the top of a very steap hill, so we are glad my nana didnt come as she wouldnt of been able to manage it. Also in the master bedroom their isn't any other plug sockets, apart from the ones that are based behind the bed and the washing machine wasn't working correctly. Overall i would highly recommend families with dogs and outdoor people to stay at Park Lodge and i hope they have as much fun as we did."
