Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car, nearest car park is a 5-10 minute walk. Patio area with furniture and BBQ. Private slipway and floating pontoon. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 6 mins and pub 2 mins walk. Note: With regret no children under the age of 6 years permitted due to close proximity to the sea from courtyard area. Note: Babes-in-arms welcome. Note: 21 steps from high street to the property and a further 10 steps to the front door as Quayside is on harbour level overlooking beautiful views
