This lovely mid-terrace cottage is situated close to the marina in the popular sailing village of Craobh Haven and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x king size double, 1 x single with single fold down sofa bed. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with multi-fuel stove.

There's also a family shower room. The rest of the property contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with multi-fuel stove. To the outside there is off road parking for one car and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Elder Cottage is an excellent base for couples or families looking for a coastal retreat. From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Craobh Haven is a small village situated across the water from Shuna Island on the scenic west coast of Scotland approximately 20 miles south of Oban. The village which was built in 1983 as holiday village and marina, consists of two small terraces of houses and some further cottages located around the edges. It has one pub with a small shop for essentials called The Lord of The Isles. Situated on the Craignish Peninsula the waters surrounding the area are extensively used for sailing. Nature lovers and birdwatchers will enjoy the vast array of birds and wildlife which can be seen in this area and there are a number of spectacular walks for visitors to explore the surrounding countryside.
