Four bedrooms: 1 x first floor super king-size zip/link (can be twin beds on request), 1 x first floor four poster double with en-suite shower, WC and basin, 1 x ground floor twin zip/link beds (can be super king-size double on request), 1 x ground floor bunk room. First floor bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin. First floor wet room with walk in shower, WC and basin. Third floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area and balcony. First floor utility. Fourth floor sitting room with terrace.

Electric central heating. Electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 6 x Smart TV, SONOS sound system, WiFi, selection of books, games and consoles. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off road parking for two cars. ( One space is reserved and the second space is in the small integrated garage at the cottage) Terrace and balcony both with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 minute walk. Note: Due to terrace and balcony, children must be supervised at all times.

With 3 major beaches and the National Surf Centre, Newquay is a water sports paradise! The SW coast path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. It is also home to a host of high-quality shops, pubs and seafood restaurants including Rick Stein. There is something to do for everybody in this area.
