A spacious, detached barn set in the village of Eardisland in Herefordshire, it can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms. Six bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request) with table and four chairs and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC, 1 x super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request with Jack and Jill access to bathroom, 1 x twin with Jack and Jill access to bathroom, 1 x twin with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x single (with a pull-out bed can be twin on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC. 1 x ground floor twin. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC with Jack and Jill access to super king-size double and twin. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area for 12 and sitting area with electric fire and WIFI. Ground Floor twin room. Sitting room with dining area for 6, woodburning stove and WIFI. Utility with extra fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Timber Barn is a tremendous barn conversion located in the village Eardisland in Herefordshire. It has six bedrooms made up of a super king-size, a twin zip/link and two twins all with en-suites, there is also a king-size as well as a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep twelve people. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire, there is also another kitchen, a utility and a living/dining room. To the outside there is plenty of off road parking. Timber Barn is an incredible barn in a wonderful location. Herefordshire offers visitors the chance to journey through lush green countryside, enjoying splendid black-and-white timbered villages, a magnificent cathedral city, a fairytale Georgian castle at Eastnor or books galore in famous Hay-on-Wye.

Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute drive. The property only accepts Friday - Friday bookings

The village of Eardisland is on the banks of the River Arrow, a picturesque holiday location with pubs, tea rooms and a shop. Hay-on-Wye is within reach as are Ludlow, Hereford and the Brecon Beacons National Park. Surrounded by countryside including Offa's Dyke and the Golden Valley, this is a location for walking and cycling trails as well as a cheese factory, vineyard and cider farms.
