Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed south facing courtyard with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile and pub 1.1 miles. Note: Due to rural location, Wifi is only suitable for browsing and not for streaming and downloading. Note: Property is near a country road, therefore associated noise maybe heard. There is also mobility equipment available on request which consists of mobility aids such as raised toilet seat (4 inches), shower chair and free-standing toilet frame, available on request.
