Roadside parking for 1 car on private road immediately outside the property, unrestricted roadside parking 100 yards from property on the green. Enclosed raised lawned garden to the rear with furniture and pond. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 2 mins walk.

The village of North Newbald is located on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds and has a village green, a general store and two welcoming inns serving good food. The area abounds in walking and cycling opportunities with a wealth of public footpaths passing through the countryside, whilst neighbouring Houghton Woods affords an abundance of wildlife. Several stately homes and gardens are within easy reach and the nearby town of Beverley boasts shopping, several pubs and a renowned weekly market attracting visitors from near and far.
