Balcony area and enclosed garden. Sorry, no smoking allowed. One well-behaved pet welcome. Pub within 5.4 miles and shop within 5.5 miles. Note: children will need to supervised when on the balcony area. Note: The property has a private water supply.

Llanfair Caereinion is a town which was built up of an old Roman fort, in the valley of the River Banwy, in Powys. Within the town you will find The Church of St Mary, Post Office, two supermarkets, and a selection of three different pubs. There is an annual Llanfair Caereinion Carnival which makes its way through the town with a full parade of floats and dancing troupes.
