This is a detached farmhouse close to the Welsh town of Rhayader that can sleep ten people in six bedrooms. Over three floors. Six bedrooms: 1 x second floor super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request), 1 x first floor double with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, 1 x first floor double, 1 x second floor twin (zip/link, can be super king-size on request), 2 x first floor single. Second floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. First floor Jack and Jill bathroom with separate shower, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Garage, off road parking for 2 cars.Front enclosed garden and BBQ on request. Rear lawn and terrace with furniture and hot tub. Two well-behaved pets allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles.

The market town of Rhayader offers a selection of tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and unique little shops. The Red Kite Feeding Station, on the outskirts of the town is a great attraction, and the superb Elan Valley boasts a variety of walks and cycle trails.

"My father booked this for the family for his 90th birthday. There were 9 of us and a well behaved dog. The place as a whole was lovely and well modernised. The Aga was scary but we all cooked on it and came to love it. I can't say enough how spacious it was, although so we could all sit in the sun room we did borrow the settee corner suite from the kids tv/play room as we were all adults. We found plenty to do locally with lots of walks and loved the red kite feeding station. Plenty if red kites of our own over the property too. The night skies are perfect for star gazing due to lack of light pollution. Hot tub only big enough for 4 really but it wasn't a problem as we didn't all want it at the same time. All wanted to stay longer and vowed to do it again."
