Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. On-site parking for 2 cars. Patio and extended balcony with 2 new rattan sofas seating up to 4 guests and coffee table. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Shared use of on-site leisure club at Honicombe Park (closed 25th December and 1st January only) including indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool (May ? Sep inclusive), sauna, mini gym, outdoor chess and tennis courts. Note: First floor balcony, children to be supervised.

Callington is set in the heart of the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. As well as being the home of Ginsters Cornish pasties, Callington offers a good selection of restaurants and pubs. Callington is a Cornish market town, rich in mining heritage and overlooked by Kit Hill, the highest point in the area, boasting amazing views across south-east Cornwall as far as Plymouth Sound.
