Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate available on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Rear enclosed patio with a table, chairs and a bench. One well-behaved dog allowed in kitchen only. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 1 minute walk, shop 5 minute walk.
