The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a breakfast table. To the outside is unrestricted roadside parking in front of property and nearby car park as well as an enclosed, private garden with furniture. Enclosed, private garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 min walk and pub 1 min walk Note: Access to the single bedroom is via the only bathroom in the property. Note: Hire of a beach hut may be available via the owner on request prior to your arrival, this would be an additional charge. Note: This property has a check in of 4pm. Note: No stag/hen parties or similar. Note: 21st December - 28th December is the set Christmas changeover week for this property.

Located on the Suffolk coast, Pakefield is a suburb of Lowestoft, however it was historically a village in its own right and is home to the parish church of All Saints and St Margarets. Pakefield has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a real fish and chip shop, and is home to The Seagull Theatre, as well as an art gallery. Nearby Lowestoft is a traditional seaside resort with a wide range of amenities including the Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, whilst south of Pakefield is the coastal town of Southwold, famous for its pier, busy harbour and the colourful beach huts which line the seafront.
