This modern seaside apartment is in the village of Praa Sands in Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. All on first floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Utility room.
Avalon is enviably positioned on one of the best stretches of coastline Cornwall has to offer. Located in the premier beach resort of Praa Sands, this contemporary apartment with glorious ocean views from the large balcony and open plan living room is a hop, skip and jump from the long golden beach. The accommodation caters for four guests with a double bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a sleek family sized bathroom. The open plan living room has wooden flooring, plump sofas, formal dining table, a well-equipped kitchen with door to a utility room. French doors lead from the living room to the seaward facing balcony with garden furniture for alfresco meals and idle time. There is off-road parking for one car. Designed with singles, couples and families in mind, Avalon is perfect for breaks at any time of year. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
